How many of you have spent your vacation on board or even sail your own yacht? Not to mention the time spent on board. We are sure many have already given up or do not have time to manage all the works and preparations.
Instead of keeping your yacht empty most of the time, if not the whole year as well, why don't you invest in your yacht and we guarantee the return of your investment in a few years, usually up to five or six years.
You can become the owner of a new yacht as well, under the same conditions of course. The main issue here is an annual income which will cover all the expenses agreed according to the contract.
We take the full responsibility of your yacht which includes the following:
- marketing and booking
- maintenance and preparation
- underwater protection and cleaning
- mechanics and refitting
- major equipment upgrade
The owner's obligations are all the documents; charter license, certificate of seaworthiness, insurance policy, certificate of registry, radio license, safety equipment certificate. As already mentioned, the income will cover all necessary expenses:
- costs for annual mooring
- travel lift
- replacement of the equipment
- material for protection
- winter service and preparation of the boat
- hull and engine spare parts, oil change...
We split the income as agreed in the contract; 30% to our company, 70% to the owner.
The owner has right to take the yacht for a certain period (a week or two, depends on the agreement). The exact period has to be agreed in time in order to arrange booking. Our professional team will do its best to increase the profit. After 5 years (or 6), the yacht is all yours, so you can keep it, sell it, change it or do whatever you want. It's simple as that!
